5. Indemnity and Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Alan Joseph Prampin, his associates, employees, contractors, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or expenses that may arise in connection with my participation in these services. This includes, but is not limited to, any claims of negligence.

I acknowledge that I am participating voluntarily and accept full responsibility for my own choices, experiences, and results. I understand that I may stop participating at any time.
