Life force energy flows through every living being. Occasionally, we encounter life events that create disruptions within our life force energy. It may take a significant amount of time, ranging from days to months or even years, for these blocks to become noticeable but not necessarily unveiling a root cause.
Imagine a blocked river, its flow hindered by fallen trees and debris. The water stagnates, unable to nourish the land downstream, causing imbalance and stagnation in the ecosystem. ​

Energy healing is a practice centered around the idea of working with life force energy with the intention of restoring balance. ​Energy healing intends to help support the healing process by tuning into the body’s energy in a gentle, non-invasive way, supporting the body’s natural sense of balance and calm.​
What are Energy Healing sessions like?
Note: Each Session purchased includes 60 minute session + 3 x 10 minute follow-up sessions
First session
The first session consists of a 60-minute session followed by a 3 10 minute- follow-ups, which can be held by phone or online video. In the session, we will discuss your overall well-being and concerns. After the discussion, you can relax, close your eyes, and simply be present during the energy work.
Every person responds differently to mind–body practices. Energy healing is considered a non-invasive practice, and responses can vary. While I have not observed negative side effects in my work, only physical sensations such as as tingling or warmth, some individuals in similar holistic sessions may notice temporary mild emotional shifts, including temporary mood changes or emotional release, temporary fatigue, minor discomfort or a heightened awareness of existing sensations as the body adjusts. Similar holistic sessions have reported that if discomfort arises, it's seen as normal and often short-lived. You may pause or stop the session at any time. Sometimes, individuals report temporary discomfort . The process is unique to each person, and multiple sessions may provide additional opportunities for exploration. At the end of the initial session, we will schedule 3 follow-up sessions. Each follow-up is 10 minutes each session.

The first follow-up will take place the day after your initial session.

The second will be four days after the initial session.

The final follow-up will occur seven days after the initial session.
Each session offers an opportunity to check in on your well-being and explore any changes or insights that have emerged. If you’d like to continue beyond the final follow-up, we can discuss options for additional sessions tailored to your needs.
